The turmeric adds a lovely aromatic flavour and beautiful golden colour to this cheese, whilst the black pepper adds a little fire. Together the turmeric and black pepper combination provides several health benefits including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. The cheese is rolled in lashings of turmeric and black pepper. It is divine on warm crusty bread or crackers.
This cheese has zero cholesterol. It is packed full of natural vitamins, minerals and vegetable protein. Our cheese is free from preservatives, artificial ingredients, gluten, casein, soya, yeast and lactose. It’s 100% dairy free and 100% vegan.
