Hand made with organic cashews, organic coconut oil and vegan cultures, this Roasted Garlic cheese is semi-soft, creamy, spreadable and utterly delicious. It has a wonderful garlicky flavour. The cheese is rolled in Herbs de Provence to give it a clean, fresh, herbaceous aroma reminiscent of the south of France. It is divine on warm crusty bread, served with Kalamata olives or sliced on pizza.
This cheese has zero cholesterol. It is packed full of natural vitamins, minerals and vegetable protein. Our cheese is free from preservatives, artificial ingredients, gluten, casein, soya, yeast and lactose. It’s 100% dairy free and 100% vegan.
