Description

Hand made with organic cashews, organic coconut oil and vegan cultures, this Chilli cheese is semi-soft, creamy, spreadable and utterly delicious. It has a not so subtle spicy kick; definitely not for the faint hearted. The cheese is rolled in organic crushed chilli flakes which not only add more heat but also gorgeous bright red colour. It is divine on crusty French bread or crackers. This one evokes the best fiesta you have ever been to!

This cheese has zero cholesterol. It is packed full of natural vitamins, minerals and vegetable protein. Our cheese is free from preservatives, artificial ingredients, gluten, casein, soya, yeast and lactose. It’s 100% dairy free and 100% vegan.

Ingredients: Organic cashew nuts, organic coconut oil, organic lemon juice, organic chilli flakes, sea salt, live vegan cultures.

Approx weight: 180g (our cheese is hand made, therefore each one may slightly differ in weight).

Ripeness: 1 week
