Hand made with organic cashews, organic coconut oil and vegan cultures, this Applewood & Walnut cheese is soft, creamy, spreadable and utterly delicious. It has a lovely smoky flavour and the walnuts add nice texture and crunch. The cheese is rolled in organic crushed almonds and applewood smoked sea salt. It is divine on crusty French bread or crackers. Great for a traditional cheese platter

This cheese has zero cholesterol. It is packed full of natural vitamins, minerals and vegetable protein. Our cheese is free from preservatives, artificial ingredients, gluten, casein, soya, yeast and lactose. It’s 100% dairy free and 100% vegan.

Ingredients: Organic cashew nuts, organic coconut oil, organic walnuts, organic almonds, organic lemon juice, organic smoked paprika, applewood smoked sea salt, live vegan cultures.

Approx weight: 180g (our cheese is hand made, therefore each one may slightly differ in weight).

Ripeness: 1 week

Shelf life: 1 month in the fridge, 3 months in the freezer.
